Should U.S. voters have a Right to Honorable Representation?
Petition principle
Citizens should not be knowingly misled by demonstrably false factual claims when making public decisions.
What the petition asks
The petition invites public support for serious review of the HIP Act principle. It does not require automatic endorsement of every mechanism in the whitepaper. The framework remains focused on demonstrably false factual claims in public political communication, correction-first accountability, due process, and viewpoint neutrality, while protected opinion, advocacy, interpretation, and political expression remain outside its scope.
